Hi, I'm Omkar. I'm the founder of A Rational Econ. I created the website initially to be a blog - I wanted to write about parts of Economics and Mathematics that interested me. On top of this, I'd been constantly receiving requests for lessons on how to use the TI-nspire, a widely-used, exam-permitted graphical calculator - so I decided I would make a section dedicated to it. Only one day after creating the blog, I decided that I wanted to incorporate more sections to my website, so I expanded out into notes sections for Economics and (Further) Maths, which included the past paper library. Two months down the line, I began taking on other students, all of whom are keen, intelligent and high-achieving, to help me create content for the website - all with largely specific roles. I'm based in Newcastle (North-East England) but now study at the University of Warwick.
